We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative/Receptionist.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions - Greet customers as they enter the clinic - Answer phones and set appointments for clinic appointments and phone calls - Collaborate with internal teams to schedule appropriate times and escalate emergencies - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Confirm appointments for following day - Prepare appointment sheets for each doctor every morning - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty Skills:
- Relationship building skills - Phone Skills - Attention to detail - Ability to handle changing priorities - Basic Math Skills - Ability to self-manage You must live within 20 miles of the clinic which is located in Hempstead, TX 77445.
